Inspiration
I found a very good site that explained the project. I had never used Mod Podge before, but for the little bit of money it would cost me, I bought four pumpkins and all the other supplies recommended. I dreamed of a cheap, easy, DIY project that could be used for a filler in displays.
I’m not sure what I did wrong, but my pumpkin did NOT turn out like the above picture
Failed burlap pumpkin
Just because a person is crafty, doesn’t mean they can do all crafts 😉 If anyone has had a similar experience, I need a clue!! The little burlap pieces wouldn’t stay in place. I tried to lightly sand the pumpkin too.
Oh well. I settled for this one, definitely not as cute as my inspiration picture.
